Fieldpiece is never afraid
to innovate and release products they feel will make a big splash in the HVAC industry. The SMAN360 is one of these innovations that will be welcomed I am sure. It is a redesign of the SMAN3 and it is jam packed with features.
First, the screen is large and displays all the measurements on screen at the same time in a crisp and clear manner. I really like the display on this unit and it has to be among the best in the industry.
The Fieldpiece SMAN360 is the full featured version of the SMAN3xx series and can measure dual pressures, dual temperatures and vacuum in microns. These Refrigerant Analyzers initially come with 45 built in Refrigerants and can be updated in the future via the Mini USB port.
Going back to the screen, the Fieldpiece SMAN360 3-Port Digital Manifold shows calculations for Superheat, Subcooling, Liquid / Vapor Saturation, and Target Superheat. The Fieldpiece SMAN360 also comes with a nice padded case that you can use even if the hoses are attached.
It’s the little details that set Fieldpiece apart from other manufacturers. The dedication to the HVAC industry almost exclusively is seen in these small improvements and I look forward to more of these types of products in the future.
